Business Coaching of executives and teams
Job related processes of changes don't follow defined rules. They are always individually – also in a team. Based on a perennial, certified education to a consultant (DBVC) I offer to accompany executives and teams in a job related context. The goal is to increase and preserve their performance. Fundamental result of my job related consultations is a sophisticated ability of perception and self reflection.
Team coachings
A teams performance rises and falls with the answer to the question: What are the team members relations among each other? Ideally the team developed well functioning relations that allow common and individual productivity and enrich one another. To reach these core skills in a team is the goal of my team coachings.
Fitted to the teams and/or companies especial requirements I include the strategic layer, the working technique and the work practices into the coaching process. Together with the team members we define the following steps. In most cases it is advisable to also include the executive into the coaching process. The for groups typical dynamic each individual personality can evolve, increase its productivity and achievement potential and thereby of the whole team.
Individual coaching
In today's, on knowledge and cooperation based, business environment success relies on the ability to link the own personality and the and to loosen areas of conflicts. Not only as a manager and executive but as a responsible co-worker or freelancer and self-employed.
My coaching is a very personal, respectful encounter with the goal to reach more quality in life and performance. Inflexible behavior patterns can be drained through own recognition and experience and blockades conquered. With an extended but also sophisticated action repertoire the own knowledge, visions and experiences can be used effective for personal success and the success of the company.

While coaching, I link efficient techniques from transactional analysis, gestalt therapy, systemic consulting, depth psychology and organizational psychology.
