Executive development: Work shops and coaching

To lead means to guide co-workers towards goals, to cultivate relations among each others,to create the necessary basic conditions and to support co-workers in reaching their goals. The leadership, the 'together', decides about co-workers motivation.

The main focus during my complete trainings is the individual development of each executive. Based on my own guidelines 'close to the people – close to the team – close to the company' personal strengths and weaknesses of executives are accentuated. They are the main issues in their further development.

Techniques of executive development

The patterns used during trainings are mostly descended from transactional analysis and gestalt therapy.

The executive experiences itself in its complex impact on others and has the possibility to become aware of its own reaction patterns. Theoretical basics as well as practices with following feedback in determined groups and dialogues offer clarity about values and emotions.

Each participant can introduce own practical cases into the training. By doing so new techniques and varied behavior patterns can be practiced on concrete examples and reflected and refined during following trainings. Each module is concluded through safeguarding and further planning of the process.
