'Being transparent, better understanding of oneself, creates success.'

Personal changes succeed if they are triggered by an inner experience. The goal of my work approach is to discover the own potentials, to bring them to life. Conscious experience and realizing one selves cause and effect principles, emerges new possibilities of actions. Assumed problems, hidden conflicts and long lasting taboos can be realized and dissolved.

My concepts, workshops and consultations are process oriented. They have no numb border but create space to react flexible to personal or other unexpected issues. There is no fixed path but the target always stays on mind.


Close to the team

'Only who knows how to guide himself Is able to lead others.'

Successful economy needs complete examples. Who knows employees hearts on his side can rely on their full motivation. My work is headed towards the human being and it’s complete personality.

Where people work together there are always causes of friction. They are an indicator for missed threads which can have their source in interaction or in quality of components itself. Those missed threads are to be systemically analyzed without losing the focus on the whole progress.

Deep understanding for the company task and the goals of customers are my sturdy shoes for the path we are sharing. In any case path and elevated profile determine gear and schedule. Whether high flier or expedition team: With a clear mission we can reach sustainable progress and still react flexible to predictable and unpredictable.

Identifying strengths and weaknesses, with and against each others and the corporate direction towards the goals create the foundation for sustainable and company oriented change.
